A Few Words On 2012

It’s the last 12 hours of 2011 & there’s a feeling of despair in the air, no? Between the economy’s anorexia & Mother Nature’s abrupt hatred for her skin, it’s barely any room to squeeze in a respectable amount of Mayan Calendar hysteria. People are scrambling to make their last minute resolutions in hope that the New Year will bring something different. It probably won’t, though.

I’d like to thank all the readers & followers, old & new, for continuing to support the site, & I’d like to thank Phlip, Jay, Curt, & the other contributors who have graced these “pages” over the last year. Stay tuned, it’s only going to get better. Or the world will end first & none of this shit will matter.

Special shoutout goes to Capital G. For what it’s worth, he’s genuinely one of the cogs that makes this website work so well. Thanks for everything, brother.

Without attempting to get my urban Nostradamus on, here are a few of my predictions for next year. The saddest part is that at least one will come to pass. It’s up to God & humanity which one it is, though.

God bless y’all, thanks again (feel free to visit the Paypal button), & see you next year…
