Resumés & Toilet Paper: LG Electronics Scares The Sh*t Out Of Job Applicants [VIDEO]

LG Electronics wanted to unveil it’s gigantic 82″ Ultra HD TV to the world this Monday (Sept. 2). It boasts that the picture is so ultra-realistic that the average person would have a hard time differentiating between it & an actual window.

Honestly, if I were in charge of the marketing plan to introduce the übercool television to the public, I would’ve incorporated porn in some vivid capacity, but that’s neither here nor there I suppose.

What LG Electronics decided to do (instead of hiring Jada Fire & Eva Notty) was conduct job interviews in front of the super-television with it posing as a regular window. As the interview gets under way, a video of a meteor crashing into the city begins to play & the applicants — mesmerized by the realness of the set’s display — freak the hell out.

You can see the hilariously frantic responses below:

While the reactions were somewhat entertaining, go back & look deeply into the eyes of some of the people who are obviously just trying to find a way to feed their families. The sheer horror and shock is terrifying in it’s own right. Still funny, but terrifying nonetheless…

Of all the mind-numbing aspects of the so-called “prank,” the most shocking would be if — after all that — they didn’t even get the job.

Shame on you, LG Electronics. Especially if any of those people die of a heart attack in the next couple of weeks.
